Hola/Hello My name is Joy & I am the franchise owner of BilinguaSing Coventry and Kenilworth, which covers postcodes CV4-CV8. I have been attending the Spanish class since September 2017. I joined when my little girl was 10 months old. She’s now 2 & trying to sing the songs in Spanish herself! It’s amazing how much the children learn at such a young age. She gets excited when she wakes & asks if we are seeing Mel, our teacher, and also when she arrives at class. I learned Spanish at school, up to A level. It’s really easy to sing along to the songs in class whether you know Spanish or not as the lyrics are in both languages & displayed to make it easier for the attendees. Most songs are easily recognisable such as horsey horsey/caballito or twinkle twinkle/estrellita.

My work background is in HR, which I’ve done for the past 18 years, most recently in retail. Moving to working on BilinguaSing means my focus is changing from training adults to now dealing with little people.

I’m looking forward to having lots of fun in class & I hope you choose to join me too, whether a parent/guardian, nursery owner or school aged child.
