BilinguaSing is so special as the children are captivated from start to finish - it is a joy to see their enthusiasm for learning languages and how quickly they pick up the songs! The young brain is an incredible thing, just let your little one try a class and you will see what I mean!

¡Hola!/Salut! I’ve been teaching with BilinguaSing since January 2014. My husband and I settled in the Windsor area following a number of years living, teaching and travelling in Asia. Though the eldest of our three children is now 18 years old it seems no time at all since I was enjoying local parent and baby music classes with them and they were embarking on what I have no doubt will be a lifelong love of music. read more

As part of my degree (in French and Spanish) I’d studied and been particularly interested in the role of music in language acquisition and had used it often, particularly in teaching young children in Japan where singing is embraced as a means of overcoming shyness. Despite this understanding and experience, I was continually struck by just how much language my children absorbed and retained from songs they were exposed to as very little ones. When I found out about these wonderful baby and toddler French and Spanish classes I wished there had been such a class when my own children were babies. Needless to say I was thrilled when I was asked to become involved. I can hardly believe it's my seventh year….time certainly flies when you’re having fun!
