¡Hola! / Salut! / Ciao! I’m Lucy and I’m so happy to be bringing BilinguaSing Spanish, Italian and French baby, toddler and pre-school classes to South Birmingham! Languages have always been my passion and, after completing my Spanish degree, during which I spent a year in the beautiful city of Granada, I went on to spend two years in Santander where I taught English to all ages. I then came back to the Midlands to study for my PGCE and went on to teach Spanish, French (as well as a little Italian!) in schools for many years. read more

Because I also have a love for music and have sung with various bands and orchestras, both in England and Spain, when the opportunity presented itself to combine the two with BilinguaSing, I jumped at the chance!

As a mum myself of two gorgeous girls, I know how special attending classes together can be and I absolutely love having the chance to share my teaching, language and music skills with you and your little ones too!

I was searching for a language based class for my baby boy when I came across BilinguaSing. The unique approach of their sensory-language learning classes fascinated me and I'm delighted to be a BilinguaSing Italian teacher!

I love meeting new parents with their babies or toddlers and practising Italian together through singing, socialising and having fun!

¡Hola! / Salut! / Ciao! I'm Holly and I'm very excited to be a teacher at BilinguaSing Birmingham South! A mum of two, I live in Bearwood with my family and, like my then 3 year old, was enthralled when we discovered our local Bilinguasing French class together. My daughter loved the cute props Lucy brings and we frequently found ourselves singing or humming the catchy Bilinguasing songs outside of the class, too! I love that the music gives us the chance to reuse the new vocabulary we've learnt together in a really natural and enjoyable way. Our joint favourite is the bee song! read more

My background is youth work, participation and engagement with children and young people but I developed a love for Spanish after living and travelling in Spanish-speaking countries post graduation. I've been tutoring Spanish to all age groups since becoming a mum, 8 years ago.

I especially love delivering fun, interactive games and activities and singing in Spanish with younger children so BilinguaSing feels like the perfect fit for me! I love sharing the joy and benefits Bilinguasing brings!

¡Hola! / Salut! / Ciao! I’m Hermione – nickname Miney. I live in Bearwood with my husband, two children and rambunctious Rocky – our Australian shepherd dog. I studied French at university, which I have gone on to use in work roles in automotive/aerospace and IT, where I have also gained invaluable experience in teaching and training. I have lived and worked in France, and have also enjoyed learning Spanish and travelling in Spain. read more

Language-learning has always been a passion for me, and I very much enjoy encouraging my children to try out new words and expressions they have learned when we are on holiday - trips to the boulangerie to fetch bread and goodies are their favourite!

I also love singing and when time allows I sing with a Birmingham Choral Society. I have joined the BilinguaSing Birmingham South team and am excited to sing and teach your children. I look forward to introducing them to languages in a fun, inspiring and positive way so that they come to love them like I do!

I wanted to keep up my love for languages and teaching in some way and that is when I discovered BilinguaSing! I think combining singing and languages is a great way to get children engaged in language learning.
